Duties |
• Assist to Senior Procurement and Logistic officer on logistics support for program activities, such as preparing materials and resources, and communicating with participants. • Assist on organize and manage meetings, events, and conferences. • Assist on receive deliveries, packages, and process incoming mail.
• Assist on schedule travel arrangements for executives and team members; • Assist on coordination of any logistical issues; • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Procurement and Logistics officer • Manage office supplies |

Professional requirements |
• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or a related field • Minimum 1 year work experience in Travel management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant tools and software • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English, Uzbek. Russian is preferable. • Collaboration skills and team worker • The ability to adapt to new situations quickly • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding organization and time management |

The USAID-funded Uzbekistan All Children Succeeding Activity aim to improve the learning outcomes of Uzbekistani primary school students. To achieve this, the activity will strengthen the capacity of education sector systems to provide quality learning environments with the instruction, materials and support that children need while they are in school, at home, or in the community.
