Duties |
Scope of work:
- Compliance with Management Guidelines, including accounting project management policies and procedures, financial reporting forms and formats, budgeting and budget control, internal control and audit procedures; - Organization and maintenance of budget control (budget execution, use of funds, etc.) - Check budget lines to ensure that all transactions are booked to the correct budget lines; - Control of project accounts, control of timely and correct reconciliation of accounts, bank and other accounting records; - Preparation of applications for replenishment of funds for project; - Prepare regularly financial reports/statements for the Country Director's review and the funding organization; - Timely closing of the month in the accounting software. |

Professional requirements |
Profile of successful candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; - At least 3 years' relevant continuous work experience in a finance administration function; - Experience with donor funded projects; - Demonstrated experience in preparation of financial reports and budget variance analysis; - Working experience with bookkeeping software '1С' and others; - Working experience with bookkeeping software WINPACCS is an asset; - Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian required; Working experience with Microsoft Office; - Good communication and interpersonal skills; - Teamwork skills and result orientation. |
